We are at a crucial time in our nation’s history to finally make this move to value a reality at scale for the more than 60 million Americans depending on a viable future with Medicare. As the CEO at Honest, I am honored to bring my leadership and shared passion to this spectacular team where, together, we can enable physicians to provide the best possible care for their patients and lead the successful transition from volume to value based reimbursement.

My passion has always been helping people realize their potential. What began in rehabilitation and clinical medicine — seeing what patients could achieve with the right support — evolved into a broader belief that healthcare organizations and systems have untapped potential as well.

Having worked on both the provider and payer sides of healthcare, I’ve seen how often incredible people and resources are disconnected from the patients who need them most. That’s what drew me to Honest: the opportunity to bring health systems, providers, payers, and policymakers together to deliver better care and better outcomes. Helping unlock that potential across healthcare is what inspires me every day.

Throughout my legal career, I have represented physicians and health systems. Joining Honest has given me the opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team committed to transforming healthcare. We empower physicians to transition from a fee-for-service model to a value-based reimbursement system, a model which prioritizes high-quality, cost-effective care. Our legal team is instrumental in these efforts, navigating complex healthcare regulations, ensuring compliance, and overcoming challenges for Honest and our physician partnerships. Together, we are poised to make a profound impact on healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.

After spending over two decades in the health care industry, I’ve seen both the successes and failures of our system. I strongly advocate for a better model that benefits both physicians and patients. My passion lies in promoting value-based care, which I believe has the potential to greatly improve our health care delivery system.

I joined Honest to drive transformative growth and enhance our impact on the communities we serve. With 15 years of experience in healthcare, I have led multi-specialty medical groups and played a pivotal role in expanding services across health systems, supporting their journey towards value-based care. My passion lies in creating strategic partnerships that deliver high-quality care to patients and value to physician partners.
