Honest Health is proud to share that Aaron DeBoer, Executive Vice President of Growth, has been elected to serve on the Executive Committee of the Health Care Transformation Task Force (HCTTF), a national coalition working to accelerate the transition to value-based care.
The Executive Committee serves as HCTTF’s governing body, bringing together leaders representing the breadth of its multi-stakeholder membership to help guide the organization’s governance and strategic direction. DeBoer’s three-year term will begin October 1, 2026.
DeBoer brings extensive experience working with health systems and physicians to navigate the transition from fee-for-service to value-based care. Throughout his work at Honest Health, he has focused on helping organizations move beyond participation in value-based models to build the strategy, alignment, and operational capabilities required to perform within them.
“The transition to value-based care requires more than new models or new incentives,” said DeBoer. “It requires collaboration across the healthcare system and a clear understanding of what it takes to make those models work in practice. I’m honored to join the Executive Committee and contribute to HCTTF’s work to turn the promise of value-based care into meaningful, sustainable change.”
As a member of the Executive Committee, DeBoer will work alongside leaders representing providers, payers, purchasers, patient organizations, and other healthcare stakeholders to help guide HCTTF’s priorities and advance its work to accelerate healthcare transformation nationwide.
