NASHVILLE, Tenn., October 23, 2025 – Honest Health is pleased to announce that Jason Howard has joined the organization as President, bringing more than 25 years of healthcare leadership experience spanning operations, physician alignment, health system partnerships, and value-based care transformation.
In his new role, Jason will partner with the executive team to advance Honest Health’s mission of empowering health systems, physician organizations, and providers to thrive in shared risk models. He will oversee strategic and operational initiatives that enhance performance, scalability, and impact for partners nationwide.
Prior to joining Honest Health, Jason served as Chief Executive Officer at MedQuest Associates, where he led the company’s transformation following its acquisition by TPG. There, he oversaw a 50-center network with more than 1,000 employees and $300 million in annual revenue, successfully developing a national joint venture platform with health systems and leading a comprehensive cultural and operational modernization effort.
Previously, Jason spent a decade at Sound Physicians, founded by Honest Health CEO Rob Bessler, where he held senior leadership roles including President and Chief Operating Officer. He collaborated with Dr. Scott Sears, now Honest Health’s Chief Physician Executive, to scale operations, strengthen physician alignment, and expand value-based programs—experience that continues to shape Honest Health’s approach to partnership and performance.
